Very disappointed with the hotel

The hotel is situated almost on the beach so we had a wonderful view and very convenient to restaurants and shopping

It was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. It was quiet also! Pool was unfortunate closed and it did not say that in the website. Close to the water, great view from our room and close to the small shops to get coffee!

Service great building in need for refreshment

There were many things wrong with our room specifically. The property overall was very outdated and run down and the pool area was out of service ironically. But our room specifically, the slider door to the balcony was not locked and the lock did not function, leaving our room vulnerable, our curtain to that slider was broken so only the sheer see-through curtain was fully operable. The tall lamp in our room did not work. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and squeaky and throughout the whole night, the sound of the utilities throughout the room was very loud and left me sleepless.

The pool was not working and the room smells the light by our bed was mold

Lovely place that was in a perfect area.

Great location but no restaurant or bar as listed. We were banking on that as an option for us. The pool was open but water wasn’t clear. Front desk staff person was incredibly friendly and helpful and we are sure it would be a five star spot if it had the amenities it listed.

The staff was friendly, the building is dated but it is doable and a place to rest your head. Place was clean for what it was. I understand they’re going through renovations. Would stay there again I just hope next time the pool will be working.

All is good

The main thing we liked about this property was that it was right on the ocean. But I didn't like was that it didn't have a microwave to heat any food nor did staff provide more than two pods of regular coffee. Many of the walls had scuff marks and we're not painted over.

I arrived at 10pm. They have no vending machines, no beverages, NO WATER or snacks available at all at any time. Tap water only.

No one at desk and no one answered phone and phone system hung up so can't leave messages. Canceled reservation eent to Hampton inn

The woman at reception was amazing and went above and beyond to try and compensate for several mishaps, but she unfortunately only had enough to give for what the hotel offers. I tried to reach out to management about our stay and got no response after repeated tries. I'm quite disappointed.

Our stay at Aqua Blue was pretty disappointing. We were booked in a room on the second floor that had a slider onto a balcony/roof deck. The key did not work so I left my boys and went back down to the lobby to get the key reset, which went well. The gal at the front desk was very nice. When I came back up, my boys had already gotten into the room. They had gone out onto the roof deck and been able to enter the room via the slider because the slider had no lock once we get in the room. We also noticed that the table in between the beds was falling off the wall, so I called down to the lobby and the girl at the front desk, said that she would work on getting us another room. She got us into the room next-door, which had a lock on the slider and looked pretty nice. We came here for the pool. The pool was very cloudy. They ran the cleaner and we went back an hour later. It was less dirty. The pool temp was 99 and the hot tub was much cooler, probably like 85. We did not stay in long. Our tub our bathroom didn’t drain and we had no cable box in our room so could not watch tv. Pretty dirty and run down. Only good thing is the location to Narragansett beach. But that’s not enough. We did not stay the night. We left around 9:45 because we just were grossed out. The gal at the front desk refunded the deposit to my car right away and mentioned maybe a partial refund. I reached out to them via email about it and did not hear back. I didn’t expect to.

To start, we wanted to use the hot tub, which has been closed for 3 years! Nothing on your website that said anything about that!! Front desk said the pool was open ..but my husband went down to check it out and the water was green and no heat in the pool area. Misleading on the partial ocean view, we needed to go on the balcony to see the ocean. The location to Narragansett town beach is great but hotel needs to do an upgrade!!
