Great spot for anyone used to the creature comforts of 4+ star hotels but wants a more affordable option. We stayed here knowing we wouldn’t be in the room for much more time than sleeping and it was perfect. Small but well designed! Will be back.

The lobby and sitting areas are comfortable and welcoming. The staff makes check-in easy and are very friendly. Lots of dining and drinking options in the hotel itself. Very close to the train station. Always choose this hotel when we visit the city.

The rooms are not overly large but the space is maximized by very smart design & layout.
The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. The location is convenient for multiple subway lines, Amtrak and commuter trains etc.

Best stay ever in any hotel I’ve been to. They have a rooftop bar with amazing views, restaurant with an outdoor seating space, another bar on the ground level, a spacious lobby. The food was amazing at the restaurant. The staff all around the building were super nice and helpful. Anytime you called the front desk for something they would bring it within minutes. And how could I forget they have one of the best gyms!

Bed was super comfortable, room is small but has very thoughtful storage options and it's NYC after all, rooms are small! The shower might be one of the best I have used. Room has small fridge drawer too! The only thing missing is a pod coffee machine!! Loved it.

I really enjoyed my stay! Staff and location were great. So close to everything I wanted to see and do. The only take away would have to be no control of the thermostat. However, I adjusted to the auto setting nicely.
