The hotel was really clean and was easy to find. The room fit my family of 4 very well. We had some issues with the bathroom toilet, but they resolved it. The room was clean but otherwise uneventful. I don't travel to stay in the room, so I didn't even turn on the TV. I slept well in the bed. There were not enough towels for us, which I feel like when hotels see a reservation, they should already know that there are 4 people. There is one bar of soap, one hair conditioner packet, and one bottle of body wash, so you may want to make sure you have your own. The hotel is in Queens and the train is about 3 blocks away. Overall I would stay here again.

Super clean, friendly and fantastic breakfast with steamed buns, congee, pickled vegetables and hard boiled eggs- plus all the other stuff.Tons of restaurants within walking distance, friendly, helpful people at the desk.

need to improve on bed's comfortness and mattresses are too firm to sleep!

I had a great stay and it's in a great location is yours going to a Mets game. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely visit again.

It was good for the price breakfast selection was modest but good enough

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Walking distance to transportation and restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing concerns us is the safety as the hotel door is not locked. When the doorman is not at the reception, basically any strangers or random people can easily go into the hotel even without key card. Also, the door of the room doesn't have peephole and deadbolt. Anyone can easily break into anyone's room any time. Also, the lady at the breakfast station is very unwelcoming and lack customer service skills. At the breakfast time, she's constantly watching everyone eats during breakfast. Instead of waiting customers to leave and have private time for breakfast, she just stands next to everyone and watches everyone eat and she's very rude and strict about bringing food up to the hotel rooms which made us very stressed when eating breakfast. The shower curtain has a pee smell despite we asked the house keeping to clean the room. We like the location but we won't recommend this hotel.

Excellent bang for Buck!

We had a really great experience in a junior suite. Plenty of room, super clean, and quiet. The location is fantastic for going into Manhattan and there's tons of delicious Asian food nearby.
