Streets are now taken over by motorcycles without exhaust and performance cars. So much noise you cannot even carry on a conversation sitting at outside restaurants. Same thing with in the hotel room with balcony door open. Too much noise. Probably my last stay in Waikiki for that reason.

My favorite part was the surprise delivery of a newspaper in the morning to the front door. Like the hotel, it was so charming and old-fashioned.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is so convenient! Fast elevators, close parking, close shopping and dining options and RIGHT across the street from the beach. The staff are always helpful and accommodating.

Awful place! Don’t ever stay here. They ended up charging me an additional $451 upon arrival when everything was already paid for. No pool, no workout room, not even a microwave in the room, no ice machine, no vending machines. Awful unhelpful staff. Super disappointed.

This property is right across the street from the beach. Rooms are small but clean with a small balcony to do some beach/people watching. Bathroom is small with a very small shower but water was hot with adequate pressure. Location was walkable to everything in that area

Very old hotel, small rooms with short ceilings (and I’m only 5’8”). The shower was smaller than my freshman dorm shower, and I don’t know how anyone taller than me could comfortably fit. While the location is nice - across the street from Waikiki beach, there was never any on-site parking, which seemed to be the norm. We had to walk 4 blocks to their “recommended” parking at Waikiki banyan hotel. Partial ocean view means looking straight at another hotel. No amenities other than a water filter downstairs. Would not recommend.

For the price, the property was centrally, located close to the beach and shopping. The description of the room views on the Travelocity website are inaccurate. Although I paid for an ocean front view, I was in a ocean view room according to the pictures on Travelocity.

Great location right across the beach, close to cultural events, shopping, and dining. Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Nice, spacious balconies.
The building is old and a little bit worn out. Rooms are small. Very expensive parking.

i asked the frontdesk if my friend could park in few minutes on their 15mins sign. he said NO! with a hard NO! but there is someone parked on the side for a VERY LONG TIME

Our second time staying here...we chose this property again for its great location. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to everything we needed. Staff is friendly and helpful and room was clean and safe. Really appreciated the in room coffee and newspaper daily to enjoy mornings on our lanai with ocean view.
