Aviator Suites Hotel by Aspen Hotels

Property is close to the airport, walkable! Checkin was very easy, and everything (building, parking spaces, lobby, amenities, and room) were clean during my visit.

Very convenient to the airport. Comfortable night sleep.

Directly across the street from the airport, so an easy walk, even with a backpack and 2 pieces of luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is granola bars and coffee / tea so just be aware to set appropriate expectations. Onsite laundry was super helpful and the kitchenette rooms have a nice refrigerator and cooktop. Easy walk to hop a bus into downtown Juneau for $2. I would stay here again.

The hotel is close so close to the airport we could walk. Disappointed with the carpet smell and stink of dog on a chair.

This is a great stay for an early morning flight. Other than that there is not much around for dining and convenience.

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Room unclean and stuffy. Holes in window screen.

Very quiet. Clean rooms but bathroom had a couple of hairs in the tub. When we stayed a few days ago that room was clean. This one also needed a rug cleaner.

Terrible bed

This is an older property that probably needs to be updated but was sufficient for our purposes. Very convenient to the Juneau Airport, it is directly across the street.

It is right across from the airport. There is a diner behind the hotel, easy walk. Espresso shop behind also.

It was not as advertised when I purchased to room several months ago. I realize property has been sold but I won't be staying again even with these new owners running it now.

Fish freezer

Beds were extremely worn down, spring poking through the top. Floor pealing up, sink in bathroom patched together.

Just next to the airport terminal and easy access to supermarket and glacier by car. Kitchen is perfect. Especially all the kitchenware is ready in front. If necessary, hotel person passes me. It is excellent! Room is spacious and clean.

The bed was terrible. I could feel ever spring.

I arrived late on the first day after a long journey. I just wanted to rest. When I opened the sheet, I found hair inside. I thought, this is an incident. I picked up the hair and put it in the garbage can. I went into the bathroom, again, there is some hair in the tub. I was really disappointed to pay for my stay for the bad property. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was mentioned on the site that breakfast is included, which is why I chose this hotel, but it was coffee and lu muffin, sometimes there isn't even coffee. Another rather unpleasant point is the smell in the room, the smell of the old room carpet, the damaged bathroom door downstairs. It doesn't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Finally, I stayed 6 days and during that time, the sheets were not changed. I have nothing but negative feelings and disappointment.

The hotel staff were very nice whenever we needed anything. Beds are not great. The mattress has a bug/allergen cover on it (yes we checked). Room has a kitchen but you will need to ask front desk for all pots, pans, coffee pot etc as they are not left in room. Room decor is old and worn. Breakfast is coffee, instant oatmeal or a cheap tiny muffin. It is located directly across from the airport, surprisingly you do not get a lot of flight noise at night. During the day it's mostly helicopter noise. Hotel is pet friendly. There is no pool as advertised, the pool been closed for a long time. The laundry room and exercise room were clean and in working order. We were here for one week, they do not clean or restock your room (2 week schedule) but will let you borrow the vacuume and exchange linens for clean ones. We were here at the beginning of tourist season 06/18 to 06/25 it was not crowded, away from downtown noise and crowds. This is not for luxury, it was a place to wash off the hiking/fishing dirt and sleep.

Nice big room. Smelled like smoke though.

Mattress is hard. Room has fridge and microwave. Quiet and perfect temperature.
