While the rooms were decorated some time back as you can see wear and tear the price was excellent and parking is free and it was very very clean. Nonsmoking floor did not have a hint of smoke smell. Really friendly staff.

So my room was not ready at 4p check in and they didn't have it ready until 6:30p. Then when i got my key to room neither one of the keys work and i had to walk half a mile back to front desk to get a key card that work.

The carpets were very stained. Whoever cleaned the room for us left an half used bottle of lotion for us and there were several hairs from the previous guests around the bathroom.

Room and furniture is showing its age, lighting in the bathroom was poor, wish there were more dining options. The location is great and the casino was ok but very smoky.

Expedia booked smoking room when I wanted non-smoking room. That made it very difficult to sleep with smell. That being said the Legends portion of the hotel was very nice accommodations. The rest of the Bally hotel and casino were very run down

Made reservations for a king room but was placed in a room with 2 queen beds instead. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper and brown stains on wall.

The hotel was nice enough ,the View of the parking Garage was unexpected but the food was Good at Cavanaugh’s . The Casino was a smoke filled mess .All in all if you want to do some Gambling and don’t mind the Smoke . It’ll get the job done .

Terrible service! No valet parking any longer, no parking space available. When we arrived at 4 pm to check in to our room we were told the room wasn't ready because they were still cleaning it. We had dinner reservations that we had to cancel because our room wasn't available to even get ready to go out to dinner. We also had concert to arrive to at 7 pm and the staff at the front desk couldn't even tell me what time our room would be ready. We were like ducks sitting in water!! We paid for a room 2 months prior and then to arrive and be told the room isn't ready and they don't know when we would have room keys is unacceptable. And then refused to adjust my rate of the room. I paid for a room to be available at 4 pm. I will never be back to this place again highly disappointed!!!

I would expect that a place that says they will have the rooms ready at 4:00 would actually live up to their word. I guess I was sorely mistaken. Not only did we arrive well after rooms should have been ready, we had to wait almost an HOUR before we were able to actually get our room key. This put me behind schedule and I was not able to eat dinner before the concert I was going to. I am highly disappointed and doubt I will ever stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back for sure in the future. I loved the security. I felt safe and invited the whole stay. Even struck up a little late night conversation with the front desk ladies. Thank you Bally’s for a good time and good service.
