清風灣飯店

When I checked in, a guest was at the front desk complaining that the top sheet on her bed was dirty. Another individual complained that he had been waiting 30 minutes to check in. After a bit of back-and-forth with the person at the desk to look up my reservation, I finally got a room. The sheet didn't look clean, and there was tape around the shower head. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I only chose this hotel because there were no vacancies nearby. So disappointed that I did.

Ehh not worth it

The area does not feel safe. The place need renovation. Barely a place to hang my clothes

The surrounding area was very unsafe... the room had few amenities, the broken bed was noisy, and the hot water in the bathroom was low. I also didn't know they rented rooms by the month and that people actually lived there. I wouldn't go back.

This relatively less expensive motel in Oakland is in a rough neighborhood- I wouldn’t recommend it for women traveling alone- and some of the clientele match the neighborhood. But once you are inside it’s relatively safe and clean and the bed and sheets are clean. It’s ok for a night or two max. The website price doesn’t match the real price: there’s a $20 up charge for facilities and a $6 parking fee-and taxes- so the cheapest room is about $105.00. The management isn’t very helpful so don’t expect much. It’s basically a Motel 6 near the airport and Coliseum.

Great hotel and stay, the area is bit rough. If there is a cleaner outside then guests will feel more safe

The hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly and nice. The safety lock on the room was broken and it looked like once someone had tried to break into the room. Although nothing happened but when we were there. The neighborhood is not great, but we got that hotel because it was near the Oakland arena and we were able to walk to and from our concert. There is no coffee at the whole hotel, no conditioner just shampoo, and they charged for ice. Overall it was decent for the price and I would probably stay there again if I was going to the arena.

Staff was great and room was super clean!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only lights in the room were on the bathroom and over the sink. No ice bucket. Went down to ask for one and was pretty much ignored. Freezer in the mini fridge needed defrosting. Stuck shut. Won’t stay there again

It was in an industrial part right by freeway lots of freeway noise people were nice but the surrounding neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe and run down

They provide no coffee maker or coffee . And the ice machine cost money lol other than that the price is what keeps me coming back

My main issue was having to pay for security. Really? They have room service but the cheapest option is $20 for eggs. Nope.

It was a weekend getaway and this hotel hit the spot with plenty of secure parking, liked the location for easy access on/off freeway

This is a comparatively low cost motel. On the positive side, our room was very clean. Unfortunately, it was also very small, with two twin beds barely 3 ft from one another. There was no closet in which to hang or store things. There was also no in-room coffee, and we were not sure if any coffee was available on the premises. This motel is located in a bad part of town, with homeless camps and graffiti and abundance. The motel itself is fenced off, so we felt relatively safe. Nonetheless, we will probably not stay here again and pay more for a better location.

It's worth the price you pay. I wouldn't expect luxury.
