Very nice place to stay

Nice and clean and food nearby, would stay again.

This hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The halls were filthy and the back doors remained open for our whole stay making us feel unsafe. There were only 3 face cloths in our room and no towels. The mirror was falling off the wall and the room was in general disrepair.

Pros: The hotel staff were accommodating in moving my reservation a day when illness caused another night's stay elsewhere. They also switched my room to ground level when I discovered there was no elevator, and I explained my asthma made it hard to carry bags up and down stairs. In addition, the room was stocked with clean towels, clean bedding, and decent shampoo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was typical for a basic hotel breakfast. Cons: The bathtub was not very clean, the bathroom floor was sticky, the room carpet had stains, felt a bit damp, and walking on it made the bottom of my feet dirty. A poor wall repair had been done in the bathroom above the shower, and they apparently did not protect the tub from paint drippings and other grime. Walls and wall paper were peeling, and furniture had several scrapes and chips. The bathtub was constantly dripping, and the toilet randomly ran in the middle of the night.The pool had a film of sorts floating across the surface, chipping and peeling paint, insects, and an unpleasant and unusual odor. As mentioned above, the hotel did not have an elevator, and, overall, seemed very outdated. Any attempts at soundproofing were minimal, at best. There was a loud group in the hotel, and I really did not want to tell my 9 year old that the loud banging above us was likely a headboard, and that, in a separate incident, very loud moaning wasn't snoring. Fortunately, each of those incidents were short lived.

Unfortunately there was a lot to be desired when it came to maintenance. It seemed like the current owners/previous owners have not been investing back in the property as much as they should be.

Worst breakfast. The hot food was not hot and biscuits full of steam and soggy - fungus breeding. Horrable place. Had to change rooms because the first was so dirty I could not stay there.

I travel for work and constantly stay in hotels. And let me tell you this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Room good. Pool and hot tub good. Had to ask for towels.

I was nor impressed that the desk clerk gave me a slip of paper with the standard instructions without telling me that was what it was. I assumed it was a printed copy of the bill. The hot tub needed cleaning. The room needed new carpet/flooring, or a good steam cleaning. I'm 100% sure that was the cause of the stale smell in the room.

I scored low because the kids in the adjoining room was running back and forth all night. It finally stopped around 10pm when I banged on the wall. The room was very clean but the bed was not comfortable. So I didn't sleep well at all.

If you like cuddling up to a previous guest’s body hair when you crawl into bed at night, this is the hotel for you. First room was awful. Asked for a different room - second room was better but still so much hair and debris in the sheets. I honestly don’t think the sheets in either room had been washed. We ended up packing our things back up and going to a different hotel.

The shower would not get hot unless the sink was on and then it was scolding hot. If you turned the sink off be prepared for an ice cold shower. Beds were clean, check in person was not the best. Bathroom was not clean and very dated. Paint peeling all over.

The people were so nice and so helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and close to where I needed to be. And, the coffee was good. I will definitely stay again.

The front desk person at check in was very friendly. Kudos to her. The room was dirty and it smelled like wet dog and dog pee. The shower curtain needs to be washed or better exchanged for a new one. The light bulbs were broke, not exchanged and the room was too dark. The handle bar in the shower stall was missing the handle bar. There was just a big hole. This was not a good experience. Yes that hotel was on the lower end pricing. But I think anyone can expect a clean room. The floor in the dining area for breakfast was stick and the tables were dirty. Nobody refilled the butter, eggs and cream cheese. Breakfast was til 9 and almost everything was empty by 8:20. Very bad management
