This hotel met my needs - close to William Woods University. Overall it was clean, the window sills were not clean at all! The noise level was great, comfortable bed and pillow. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable! Hot breakfast was great! Carpeted stairs in between floors needed vacuuming but that was about it. Check in was quick and check out by phone was convenient! Will definitely stay again.

This is an older hotel that needs some updating but I have no doubt it would be expensive. It is clean, and I feel safe staying there by myself when I travel for work. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This hotel just needs to be completely renovated. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked for two days, the first night we didn’t even get under the sheets and the second day we found a better hotel in Columbia. I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels but this place was just too dirty. I hate that I wasted my money.

It is a basic hotel that has seen better days. We were greeted with the smell of sewer gas as we first went into our room. We placed a red Solo cup over the tub drain that helped significantly.

Would not stay here again. Dingy, threadbare sheets and pillowcases. Bathroom tub in dire need of replacement. Bathroom grout dirty. Breakfast was not good: cold biscuits, gravy and sausage, very few things left at 8:30am. Hotel front desk clerk announced my room number while there were other customers standing at the desk during check in. You NEVER do this with a woman customer.

It was okay, probably the best place in Fulton, MO. But in any other city, it was missing the mark. Pool temp was frigid and the bottom was a little too sharp. Hallways were hot as they possibly could be. Staff were not friendly, but they also were not rude. The saving grace was, they didnt have any major issues and the Mojo BBQ joint right off the property was amazing.
