I liked the pre-check-in process, which made it very easy for us when we arrived. Parking was easy, and taking the bus shuttle to the Packers game saved so much time!

Comfortable beds but the room was in need of updates and it smelled musty- we were in town for a football game at Lambeau Field- there is a free shuttle bus to the game- that and the bed were the only redeeming qualities I could speak of.

The parking lot could look a bit more together, but overall it was a good stay

GREAT SERVICE

It was amazing staff were very friendly i stayed by myself and felt very comfortable and safe. The only issue i had was i found toilet paper in the toilet that looked like it wasn't cleaned the seat was but not the inside

There was an unpleasant smell inside the rooms when we arrived.

Hotel room was clean. Staff customer service oriented. Great selection for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for any occasion.

Wonderful bed and huge room.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet for the most part. I was upgraded to a room on the sevond floor. However, I found out afterward that I had to carry my suitcase up the stairway because there was no elevator in the building. The continental breakfast was good, but the food was not replenished adequately. The parking was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, super humid in our room even with the air conditioner on but clean and comfortable enough.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The floors were dirty. Noise traveled. Whenever the person above us moved it sounded like a herd of elephants. The side door key pad stopped working so we had to walk around to get in. Some occupants put a rock in the door way to prop it open making it unsafe. We repeatedly reported the pad not working. Very limited breakfast offerings. Coffee ran out daily.

Nicely renovated hotel. Some broken tiles and need better ventilation otherwise mold will develop in bathrooms
