We had a remarkable time. They went above and beyond to be sure all our needs were met. The continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked with hot and cold foods. I will be making this my place to stay in Lawrence, Ks.

The only problem is that the elevator was down & I was on the 3rd floor, so a little bit of a struggle. Other wise, you can’t beat the price for clean rooms.

It was just a low-end hotel with a high-end price. The breakfast was nothing special. The kicker...the housekeeping staff used their key to try entering our room at 8:00am, waking up our baby after a really late check-in.

This property is way overpriced! Holes and cracks in the walls and ceiling, outside sign rusted, building needed repainting, you could see light coming in from around the air conditioner in the room and the pool area smelled terrible, but we had to walk by to get to our room. And the elevator was out of order which meant elderly and handicapped individuals would have to utilize the stairs. The breakfast was subpar. I would not recommend and will not stay there ever again. It gives the Wyndham name a bad rap.

The stay was good except no working elevator. We checked in on a Thursday and the note on the elevator door said repairs would be done on Monday. Other than that the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I want a set for my home.

Bathroom was dirty. Old used soap in shower, towels were stained. Elevator was broke. Entire floor smelled horrible. Room was hot as hell. Shower barely worked

This hotel was fine for the purpose it served: for sleep and breakfast. Everything else is for the most part…sub-par. To start, all the TVs are satellite, so bad weather and you get no TV (which happened the first night). I didn’t mind them cleaning my room, but at least replace the towels I use rather than leaving me with just the one I didn’t touch. The worst part was the area. For being so close to KU it was sketchy at best. Very strange people there and I felt very uncomfortable. Police had even been called one evening there was such a disturbance. I likely will look elsewhere for lodging if I ever come back to Lawrence.

It was comfortable. It suited our needs. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is that there was someone’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Other than the mold in the bathroom ceiling it was good. They upgraded me to the hot tub room free of charge and the folks at the front desk were some of the nicest people I came across, can’t fault them for the owners short comings.
