Bed was great, staff was great, free breakfast was great too. Would stay here again

The desk clerk refused to check me in because I didnt have. Physcial credit card because my wallet was stolen earlier thay day. The next day the told me i could pay a cash deposit. The very same people who said it must be in cc form. They still charged me for the room but did not.allpw me access tomthr room for another 22 hours. On top of all thay the guy was pershing in fairly rude

Please give some much needed training to staff and some TLC to the property

Great place. Great breakfast and staff is outstanding. Was a little concerned about carpet but must be very clean cause allergies didnt act up at all. Great 9 day stay. Breakfast was very impressive and french vanilla creamer:)

The noise was horrible after 11pm. The rooms are horrible, stained sheets, holes n walls, tv kept going in and out. The olanes all night were extremely loud. Breakfast was tasteless. Pool was out of order the whole week. The gym was 2 bikes and 2 treadmills only. All around horrible experience.

Location is good, 10 minutes driving to Kentucky Exposition Center. The facility is old, the breakfast is quite simple (no eggs), and no shampoo in the bathroom.

Easy to get to, but rough area. Needs some work. Door to our room only shut when forced, room service came to freshen up our room and took all of our towels and didnt leave any clean. Our sheets had stains on them. Parking lot and landscaping looked unkept. When I asked at the desk to cancel our last night they told me I had to do it on booking dot com, but that isn't who I booked with and when I had called before arrival and asked to cancel our last night they told me I could do it upon arrival. Overall it gave us a place to sleep but definitely not a place I'd choose to come back to.

The positive Breakfast and a place to sleep and convince of location Negative Pool looks long term abandoned but they say it’s temporary Had no soap, toilet paper , and sheets felt wet at check in I’m pretty sure a hand full of “guests” live there I Watched one move out at check in 2 star on a good day and I’m not a picky person… Way more to complain about to any other person

Quiet and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is very limited and coffee isn’t good.

The rooms, furniture and carpet were dated and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. It wasn’t a comfortable atmosphere

We were happy with our room, had a problem with the tv but it was quickly solved. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of choices.

My stay was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.
