It was confusing tonfind the hotel caused jt had the old sign instead of Baymont. They are remodeling so hotels grounds look messy. Julia was excellent when she checked me in. Overall had a pleasant one night stay.

Another good stay and the now Baymont Petoskey, previously the @Michigan Inn. Convenient for a ski weekend with easy lower level access to your gear, great hot breakfast opebs, and located between all the skiing and food options. Looking forward to returning next year!

Property had little things broken that were irritating, bathroom door would not shut, towel bar came apart, light had burned out bulb or does not work, tv very difficult to use, king bed with two mattress's with crack in the center. shower floor was stained and not appealing looking. No hangers to hang any clothes.
Breakfast was better then expected. It was good. Would stay again in hopes that minor repairs could be better next time.

The bed was comfortable. I’ll leave that at the beginning as the positive.
Visibly dirty bathroom sink. No garbage can in room. Mo hand soap available. Veiling was falling apart.
This is a place to stay. Not much beyond that.
I wore my sandals every time I walked around the room because nothing felt clean as soon as I saw the dirty faucet and bathroom countertop.
I was in a bind for the night and just needed somewhere to sleep.
Would not book this for a vacation.

The room was two small. It had 2 queen beds with a desk near the bathroom and I had to climb over the bed to get to the sink when my husband was working at the desk! The desk should have been as you walk in. Very frustrating! This was one of the new rooms as the renovation is continuing. Hope this is looked into!

We got there and were told they over booked and had to wait for about a half hour while they fixed up a room in the middle of a remodel. For the second day there was never any room service to provide fresh towels for showering. Ended up just leaving early as we were there for a funeral.

I would NOT stay there again. The first room we were assigned had no electricity in the bathroom. The glass mirror was on the floor instead of being mounted, there was a hole in a wall with wire sticking out, the hotel phone did not work and the number posted for the hotel was inaccurate. There was no coffee maker in the first or second room I was assigned . The bathroom floor had some mud colored substance on it, the shower did not function, caulking around the bathtub faucet had black on it. When I put the toilet lid down it revealed dirt and the base of the toilet was not cleaned as well. There were no hangers in the closet area and the hotel phone was not working. There was no coffee machine.

The Baymont Horel exterior were messy because eplacing hardwood floors with carpet. The area was not that clean becaused of the transformation. Overall check in and check out were fast.

Advertised online as a Baymont. Sign said Michigan lodge or something like that, so was difficult to find. Was told they were in the process of changing names. Looked like they were remodeling. Huge rolls of carpet in front of our room so had to park across the lot. Dumpster overflowing with garbage bags. There were beds and other furniture on the roof and flipped over on the balconies. Advertised as a king bed, was actually two twin mattresses shoved together with a sheet on top. Figured that out when I rolled over and fell through the crack between the two mattresses. Very disappointing to spend almost $100 on a room and have to look at rolls of carpet blocking our window and have trash all over the place. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures because my husband was in a hurry to leave.

While the hotel has the name of Baymont Wyndham it is an old hotel that is being converted to the above. Our room was clean but the door frame was rusted and hard to close. Overall it was outdated.

There is not a baymont sign at this property so we drove past it. Room was dated, but worked for us. We didn't shower, so not sure how that was. Bed was ok. Had snowed during the day and we had a hard time getting turned into parking lot. By morning it was cleared. They did have covered parking which was nice

The rooms are small and the TV is very difficult to work with (delays locating stations), no coffee maker in the room, however, the room has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a decent tub/shower, though small. The floor is hard so bring your slippers! Good breakfast room and selections, though no fresh fruit. Staff was very good.
