This was a very clean, comfortable, and spacious room with really nice linens and basic appointments, including a handy mini-fridge and microwave. The room was also quiet with a very nice, larger tv and an excellent wi-fi. I enjoyed the basic continental breakfast with great basics, coffee, juices, and warm goods including a waffle station. I’m happy with my choice and this is a better-than-average budget hotel!

Nice Baymont, easy to get to right off highway. Nice size room with great sink, countertop area in bathroom. Front desk people friendly and helpful. Bonus - Denny's is right next door!

When we arrived to check in, they informed me that the pet fee for our 2 small to medium dogs would be $25.00 each. I showed the clerk that the website stated the fee was $15.00 each, and I also called the customer service number to confirm the amount, which confirmed the same information. She replied that she was unable to change the fee charged and stated the website misrepresented their fees. I asked to speak to the manager. She picked up her cell phone, seemingly to call the manager after stating he was not there. I was not allowed to speak to a manager by phone or in person. My hotel was prepaid and non-refundable, so we had no choice but to pay the additional fees. I was required to sign a paper stating a list of fees I, as a patron, would be charged due to for damages, for smoking, pets, or theft. I told the clerk that the Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. My first-floor room also smelled like a cigarette. I opened the window to our room, and the screen was bent and the lock was not secure. My husband used his cane to secure the window during our stay. Fortunately, the air conditioner worked well and cleared the room of most of the smell. My husband and I did not feel safe in this hotel. The outside was not maintained. There was lawn/ garden equipment stored outside next to the entrance, all the outside trash cans were overflowing, someone's half-dead tomato and flower plants were sitting with the lawn/ garden equipment as if someone resided there full-time.

They had one guy doing grounds and everything else. This poor guy was busting his butt cutting grass in the rain while trying to fix rooms. We did not stick around for the breakfast because honestly if you think these rooms are clean I don't want you touching my food.

diabolical I cannot lie. so bad our big brave dog didn’t want to step inside. that sums it up! there is some brown substance in the fridge, could be poop or coffee not really distinguishable. we wanted to simply entertain ourselves with some television, but unfortunately there’s “no signal”. smells like a mixture of weed, smoke, and day old pee. disappointing. our BIG BRAVE dog is trying his hardest to escape:( and so are we. the first room we were given had a liquid on the ground so we EVACUATED and were given a second room. the staff checked three other rooms to see which one was the best, and the best one they gave us had our whole family laughing. overall very pleasant and amazing hotel. -5/5 ‼️

Well when me and my wife got there we asked about the pool and it was closed then the day before we was leaving it opened up about 7pm and we was going to get in the pool but they said one room at a time around 730pm we get a knock on our door saying we can get in the pool but we only have a half hour to swim
