The parking lot was full of pot holes and garbage upon arrival. The entire property was in complete disrepair. Carpet through out was nasty and cover in paint splatter. The side entrance door was not in working/locking order. The fire detector was held on by electrical tape in the hallway. The pool area door was covered in rust. The only plus I can say was the staff was nice and friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator was scary to rot on the pool. Water was code where you couldn't swim in it and it had no heat other than that. Oh, and the breakfast was not on time other than that. It wasn't too bad.It was all right, wasn't worth the money

HORRIBLE!!!! I stayed for one night, and couldn’t get outta there fast enough!!!! The front desk staff was rude. The assistant manager was rude. I asked for a refund because there was ants and a roach in one room and a bed bug on my bed the morning after I stayed in the other room. I asked for corporates number and the assistant manager told me she didn’t have a number to give me. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures on hotels.com. It is dirty, the rooms have a musty smell and the tub was filthy. Other guests were complaining as well. Was told no refunds by the assistant manager because we should’ve checked right back out when we seen the roach in our room. But was told by the person the night we checked in that we wouldn’t be able to get a refund if we left. NO STARS IF YOU ASK ME!!!!

Floor Lamp was in the bathroom bc the vanity light didn’t work. The room was dated looking-old carpet, chipped wood on vanity and wallpaper in bathroom peeling. Bathroom was large and clean though. Room was quiet.

Pool smell overwhelmed when walking in the front door. Carpet not good shape. Hallway to room smelled of cigarette smoke. Room very musty smell. Front desk clerk us anther room that was tolerable. Will not stay there again.

The hotel had a bad smell. The carpet was very damaged throughout the hotel. My room smelled like urine. I had to purchase a scented candle to burn to mask the nasty smell. I stayed in room 218. The bed was not comfortable. I had to listen to dogs barking for hours from the room next door and people above me stomping around their room at all hours of the night. I did not find a laundry facility in sight. Breakfast was very mediocre with minimal options. I was also charged an additional $50 “deposit at check-in for “incidentals” that I never got credited back to my account. Will not stay here again.

It was very dirty, deteriorated and beat up. The comforter was covered by a light wait cover, but we discovered a 4" stain (probably blood) on the white comforter. Both ceiling fixtures had been ripped out of the ceiling and the carpet had a 8" circular bare spot. This was terrible and if it had not been so late we would have left.

Sheets in the first room I went to were stained quite badly. I requested a different room and got a two queen room. Of witch ONE of the bed sheets looked clean. I would give it a C-. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this place. It was just above unacceptable for me.

Hotel is trash. Elevator didn’t work, smelled of nothing but chlorine from the time you walked in the door. Just not what the website says. Didn’t stay. Moved to a Marriott Courtyard location close by. Lesson learned!

The toilet in our room clogged over toilet paper and then when we had asked for a plunger or assistance we were told there wasn’t one and we would have to wait till the morning. It was only after my wife had gotten visibly upset they’d offered to move us into another room that was also not our original option (smaller bed) . The elevator was inoperative and the pool was just a bath full of chlorine. Overall other then that it was an alright hotel you get what you pay for.
