Staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. But the bed was super comfortable. I can't normally sleep good in hotels. But i was so comfy i slept so good!

Good breakfast, Nice room, Helpful staff, & Fantastic walkway along the riverfront. Note that the swimming pool and hot tub are outside if you're visiting in the winter.

I can't give a good review regarding the location of the property. We came in the dark, and left in the dark. The room seemed a bit dated and it had a terrible metal box under the bed that we kept kicking and it made a horrible sound. The sliding doors to the second story balcony didn't seem that secure. All the doors seemed to be ... old. The TV remote needed batteries. The bathroom shower was dark and didn't feel sanitary.

They falsley accused us of smoking in the room and refused to refund our security deposit. I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and she would not budge. I even offered to take a lie detector test, but she refused that too. She refused to give me the name of someone higher than her that I could speak with. I had no other recourse but to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and the WA state attorney generals office.

Smelled like cleaner. Bed base frame is metal and you run into in every single time you go to get in the bed and it sounds like a hammer hitting a metal barrel. They also took a huge deposit of more than paid for the room and two days later they still hadn’t reversed the charge.

Everything was fine except the refrigerator. I had important liquid medication that needed to be kept cold and the refrigerator froze it. Now while I’m on my trip, I have to have the medication replaced, which is going to cost me over $80 because your refrigerator did not work properly.
