Disappointed with parking only by valet, and pricy.
Was surprised with additional charges when we checked in, and the internet that I paid extra for was horrible!!
Persone we spoke with behind the front desk were not helpful with our request for a late check out and seemed indifferent when we complained about the internet service.
Housekeeping seemed to be sliding all the furniture in the room above ours across the rough tile floors, making an unpleasant amount of noise.
We also knew when the bars closed as loud conversations happened at 0430...

Kinda hard to park and needed valet parking service to pay extra 40 dollars for the night. The parking lot is actually right behind the hotel and should be free

Great location... good price
Front desk people were not welcoming, but not mean...just seem dull, like they didn't care. No smiles, but did the job.
Hotel is very old and needs maintenance.
But, room was very clean and I had everything I needed.
So, I didn't care about getting a fancy stay. It was super convenient and valet parking was also convenient and not too bad $40 for the day and night and I could get my car at any time if I needed to. I would stay here again if it is a good price.

Hotel was prime location for the beach, food and entertainment. Only downside was the noise from the street at night. Sounded like people were in the room having conversations. Paper thin walls and windows, so not much sleep. Would stay again other than the noise. Just bring some earplugs

It says they have bathtub, but they don’t say you cannot use it . Also, you can store your luggage, but they don’t give you any receipt and people go and grab their own bags unassisted, so if something happens to your luggage, you have nothing to prove you left your luggage at the property, it would be great if they can get that process more organized, I would give an extra star just for that!

This place is a trap! They charged me an extra $514 upon check in and the photos on hotels.com and the hotel website are not what this place looks like. Maybe 50 years ago this place was nice, but not now. Lobby is run down and there is nowhere to sit out front. The rooms were nice inside, but most furniture seemed broken. One of the showers in the two rooms i had was broken, and the toilet was broken in the other room. There was one resceptionist that is particularly... unique... she was probably the most rude hotel person I met in years! Last, though they charged me for parking (another $100) it took them an hour to get my car when I was checking out... and the valet service wouldnt accept my calls. All the receptionist would say was, "Thats your problem. Its [the valet] is a seperate company."
On one good note, the hotel was in a nice location. Id NEVER stay their again, though. Oh! And know that every bar and restaurant adds 20% service fee.

It’s a budget hotel, great location. I would stay again and would have given a better rating if they didn’t advertise as having a bathtub. Yes, they do have, but they don’t let you use it, so they should advertise as “no bathtub”. Also, when you store your luggage, it would be so simple to give a paper that proves you let your luggage with them. They don’t give you anything, and if you inquire about, they say: if you don’t like it, take it with you. If they fix those 2 items, I would give them an extra star next time.

Disappointing! Property condition was terrible, building, lobby, hallway, and rooms falling apart! Even windows in the room , they need to replace them. Even sofa says pls donate me to Goodwill! It’s in that bad shape Goodwill may not accept it! Seriously, $300 a night, they can fix the hotel. On the other hand it’s close to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean also. Don’t stay in South beach .
