I went on my wedding anniversary and had a good time, all quiet, beautiful view the very friendly staff, I definitely come back to stay more days.

Great service, very relaxing and comfortable. The jetted tub in the bathroom was amazing. Can't wait to return.

There was no hot water and the jets in the tub did not work. Upon check out I was informed the hot water heater had broke. It would have been courteous of the staff let guests know about the hot water issue and at least issue an apology.

The property was clean and spacious. Downtown was only a short walk away.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and supportive. Walkable to lake, shopping and dinning.

Stayed for winterfest, overall my wife and I were happy. Room was clean and quiet about all you can ask for a weekend stay. Shower head was bad and TV remote broke. bad shower heads are a pet peeve of mine, lose a star for that.

Provided everything needed for our stay. Very quiet and tidy.

I was very impressed by the room, it was like an apartment type situation with the separate bedroom, the (2) tv’s were a bonus, the coffee was excellent. We didn’t use the spa, jacuzzi or pool but it looked really nice. The parking situation was great, All in all a great experience, can’t wait to be there in the summer! Thx again

I loved my stay here. The rooms were super affordable they offered early check in at no additional charge. We had the best accommodations and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We will certainly be back!

First, I have been a patron of this hotel for 15 years. It is near and dear to my heart as I spent my wedding week in the Penthouse. Second, the service was amazing.The front desk managers were both so kind and professional and just fabulous. They allowed us to move rooms which made our Christmas extra special.My interaction with the cleaning crew was minimal but they were fabulous.This is a very clean hotel. One thing I did not like was during our stay one of the rooms on the 3rd floor is in the process of being refreshed. All of the furniture was just sitting in the hallway and it was unsightly. Even under construction this should have been moved into a vacant room. And finally, the condition of the rooms that have not been refreshed is really poor. The Penthouse is on deck to be renovated but how the owner of this space allowed it to get so run down is shocking. Appliances are new but the carpet, furnishings, and all trims are just bad. You spend A LOT of money to stay in this room and it should have been updated years ago. There seem to have been very few changes since my wedding 15 years ago. The other room we stayed in was the Governors Suite. The ceiling is yellow, the cabinets and trim in all rooms are all banged up, there is no closet or anywhere to hang anything in one bedroom and the carpet is really bad. The in room HVAC units need to be entirely replaced. I am hopeful that this hotel will have a major refresh completed by summer as it badly needs it.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating!! The room was better than I expected. Great hotel to stay at!!!
