Best Western Annapolis

I just need a room for the night since it was snowing. Very nice room. Bed was a little too hard for me but orher than that, it was a great stay. Very nice staff as wll

Bed needs updated but customer service was great and breakfast was delicious.

Mold in bathroom and water from shower leaks on floor because shower head doesn’t move.

Add check in they directed me to the location for my room. The Werner checked me into a handicap room which I did not request. There was no parking except handicap parking for the whole row of rooms which was a huge inconvenience even though the hotel seem to be mostly empty. My biggest complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. Very very soft.. I will say they have a very good breakfast.

Good property but some updates need to be made in the hotel. A bit aged.

Overall, good experience. Had some issues with other people yelling but not hotels fault. Good value.

Highlight and revelation is the Annapolis Town Center development across Riva Road... Hotel positive - Staff in general very good, cleanliness and especially breakfast staff, breakfast choices, and my fav the hot breakfast! Hotel negative: One front desk clerk had attitude esp. to me as an Expedia booking... No staff issues otherwise. No TV channel guide or TV operation guidance... You are on your own to learn use of remote and how to navigate channels. Also, my first day there was Sunday and Fox channel with 2 football games had reception problem and was unwatchable. Appeared to be resolved the next day, but weather also improved so weather may have made the difference.... Odd it was only one channel with the problem which happened to be important for football!' I think it was Dish service according to channel guide which was scrolling continuously on channel 2, very cumbersome! The other maintenance issue was the first day also had the air handler (cool/heat} replaced... I woke up to awful "mechanical whistle" noise and had to wait about 3 hours before maintenance came, but he resolved quickly once he came! Being a handicap room might have something to do with mechanical issue... perhaps not used too often... However, I found the room very clean and comfortable after air handler was replaced! Despite the negatives over my 4 night stay, I rate the hotel as 4 out of 5 mainly because of the welcoming and competent staff, except for one individual. Thx! --JMc

Only thing I was concerned about being a single woman alone and a smoker and standing outside in the dark especially after seeing someone kinda out of place walking around. Was afraid to even go get ice. And I am not easily intimidated but my senses told me something wasn’t right about this person walking around

Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Room had fridge and microwave which is always nice. The room has an outside entranc and no elevator.. That didn’t bother me but others may not like that. We would stay here again.

Well lit parking lot

It was out of the way but very quiet.

Our towels were taken after our 1st night’s stay. We called to get more, but didn’t get them until we were ready to check out the morning of our 2nd night.

The staff was nice and rooms were clean. Free breakfast was okay. Someone broke into my car 2 nights in a row and it took 2 days for me to get ahold of the manager for the footage, it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard anything it was not taken seriously.

What ever you do think twice before you stay at the Annapolis, MD hotel. Breakfast is suppose to be included, but when I came up the first day all the food was gone. I attempted to speak to the server and she look at me turn her back and walk in the back. My biggest problem was with the front desk clerk. I went to him and ask him to let the server know there is no food. His answer I don't work that part. I ask to speak to the mgr. and he told me he was office and don't want to be bother on weekend. I ask to cancel my 2nd day and was told that could cancel it but he would not give me back my money and he would not call the hotel manager. I went and contact Hotels.com and they told me after reaching out to him that he would not do the right think and refund my money. All this because I ask him to let the breakfast server know that there was no food. I will never stay at Best Western again and discourage anyone who ask, not to stay there. Ijust wanted them to do the right thing, but the apparent greed and hell with the customer altitude that was to much. Hear my warning.
