Very clean, there was a little crack under my door so we did see a cockroach, and we did see some outside, but room and bathroom were extremely clean. Would go back but they do need to spray.

The housekeeping never came to my room, i call the office to ask for towels twice. And i found roaches in the bathroom. I didn’t recommend this hotel 🏨 for nobody.

Room and breakfast were very underwhelming for the cost. We stayed during the weekend but the cost didn’t justify the stay. Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes. Free breakfast is a perk but pancakes and coffee were terrible.

Good not great. In spite of the grand facade that makes it look like a hotel, it's a motel. Very clean and good service, but the bathroom has a broken tub drain and door stopper, and the a/c unit was very loud.

The property was difficult to find as it is located off a side road, Hearne St., not at 2520 Riva Rdd., the address given. It took 15 minutes to fine it using the navigation system in my car, and I used to live nearby. Once we found the property we were not impressed by the outside, but very pleased with the lobby/dining area, and the room. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The included breakfast is top shelf.
