10/10!!! I’ve paid the same amount for a dirtier, smaller hotel that doesn’t have a pool. Plus best western serves breakfast? Yeah, screw all those other hotels.

Apparently, you have to tell them if you want your room made up every day. It's usually the other way around. I wasn't notified of this upon checking in. The front desk guy was smug about it, talking to me as if I was a child. Door to room was very hard to open and shut. Freeway noise was loud but not much they could do about that.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Easy to check in and check out.The breakfast staff were absolutely attentive to keeping the food ready to eat and well stocked. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast and delicious.

It was very basic. It’s really a motel. It looked fine in the photos but bedroom doors open to the outside, some of the people staying there were different and it was a bit worn out. I stayed there bc going to the naval academy. I would not stay there again. Mainly the front desk clerk lady on checkout was just plain rude and unhelpful. We asked if we could check out but leave our bags for 3 hours whilst we went into Annapolis before our flight and she said no and no we could not leave them in the room and check out later either. No help. No solution. So we ended up walking over to the Hilton next door who were lovely and stored our bags for free and could not have been nicer. It’s a very basic hotel which is fine if you just need a bed to sleep in and that’s it. For the time we were in our room, it worked and for a good price. But I’d rather spend a bit more and have helpful staff, a nicer room and a nicer hotel lobby and able to store bags safely. .

the property is dark and dingy. No carpeting. Small bathroom. No attempt to make it inviting. Clean. We lost the payment and went elsewhere. Not worth $120/night, never mind the $160 we were charged.

Quite comfortable. Have to request room service if you’re staying more than a day. Ice machine is in a locked room with you-pay laundry. (Use of room key required to enter; insanely hot in there.) Clean. Get top floor as bottom floor has to deal with all the creaks of upstairs occupants. Had to wait each night for upstairs to go to bed so that I could. (Lucky me also had a dog up there who’d get zoomies every night.) They weren’t stomping- old building issue more than anything. Breakfast was good.
