Have stayed here before. Was excellent back in May 2024, too. Only room issue was the shower curtain. Wouldn’t close properly causing water on the floor. Curtain and rod needs replacing.

i LIKE D THAT THIS PROPERTY WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND IT HAD AN OPTION FOR A HOT BREAKFAST. CLOSE TO OUR DESINTATION WET-N-WILD WATER PARK.

The customer service from the staff at the time we showed up was not warm and welcoming. It felt very cold and transactional.

First the pros: if you like the door to the outside off-loading easy. The hard floors were clean as well as the rest, very clean! Service at front great! Cons: chair upholstery peeling badly and rickety, lanolin looks like it has been cut or peeled then taped over to hold together, room was not a “suite” just standard size, couch was hard as brick!! Ouch! I don’t recommend this for older ones like us. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall.

The linen was dirty. When I addressed staff, they down played it and said linen were clean, despite the fact there were marks and stains all over it.
There was a huge English Mastiff dog tied outside next to where I parked. This dog stayed there the whole night, tied with a rope.
In the morning, around 5am, staff were out side of my room, having a conversation with each other. One was upstairs the other downstairs and they had to shout as they couldn’t hear each other, as one of them was power washing the stairs. Which means, I was woken up by their conversation and had to hear it all.
