Room was dirty and we saw 2 roaches. Beds were nice and comfortable.
The unit that holds the fridge didnt latch and kept swinging open which made it unsafe for our toddlers.

Stopped here on our way to FL with the whole family. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was good. My kiddos enjoyed the variety of cereal and hot food offered. The waffles were a hit with our oldest. Overall a great place to stay with no complaints and great staff. The Mountain views are always beautiful even in the winter and we saw a rainbow over the mountains from the breakfast area in the morning. Definitely would stay here again.

Nothing worked. Hot tub didn’t work, ac didn’t work, remote for tv didn’t work. They didn’t serve breakfast because only “10” people stayed there. Didn’t know that made a difference. Tried calling the office for 2 hours no one would answer. Office closes at 10:00 and are only able to communicate via phone. Which they did not answer. Employee was of no assistance, extremely rude, and not helpful. Tried contacting hotels.com to be moved to another hotel and was unsuccessful with that as well. All around very bad experience

Highly recommend! We’ve rented multiple cabins and hotel rooms in the area over the past 20 years. This is by far the cleanest and quietest accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was better than most restaurants as well. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive.

Cannot open a window in the room.
Very rude lady - I called before we arrived and also after our stay and had a "chance" to talk with the same woman. She was not helpful, rude and treated me like a trahs.

Room was full of roaches, front desk gave us another room on second floor and had the same problem. I’m very disappointed with this property. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Hopefully they can get this resolved soon.

Friendly staff, Tina was in training, but dealt with me kindly. Morning staff.. Dwayne... friendly and helpful. A couple of things needed attention in the room and he made note of them, hopefully to see them corrected. Close to Cades Cove and shopping.
