I like the view of my hotel which is overlooking the Cocoa Beach Pier!!! Enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning over my balcony 😀

Overall its excellent. Goodjob to house keepers..love my room clean everyday. Foods were good too. Lots of choices. And has take out box ready for those who are not able to get a table. I just have one thing..
Maybe encourage guests to take a shower first before using the pool. Pool number 2 has no shower btw.

I loved that the hotel was right on the beach and next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Made for a beautiful morning beach walk!
The hotel itself is a bit run down, however it suited our needs for the one night we stayed prior to boarding our cruise ship. We had a balcony room facing the beach which was wonderful. The pool on the property looked nice and the restaurant directly next door offered a discount for travellers staying there.
The staff were very kind and helpful. We checked in fairly late and they guided us to food options.
Generally speaking, I’d rate this hotel as pretty good. It’s not a 5 star simply due to the aging infrastructure however the location, staff and amenities were perfect!

Comfortable clean room and generous size shower room with extra sink and work top for beverage maker. Quiet but Motel style hotel , a little tired generally in the communal areas and very spread out over several buildings. Nice good sized pool with bar area , and lots of seating & loungers . Only drawback to our room was that because it was on the ground floor , near the pool , the path outside was quite busy so we had to keep the curtains drawn all day . Very good hot buffet breakfast but in a separate building so a bit of a trek in the morning and difficult to locate ! Good location next to the pier and the beach , with shops and cafes close by . Good value for money .

Staff was very professional and nice it’s right next to the beach and in walking distance plenty of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance had a beachfront room, beautiful room, but the bathroom out dated and needs a little tender, loving care.

Location : walk distanct to the beach
Breakfast: a lot choices. thums up. The staff are welcoming and warm hearted.
The only thing we don't like is the smell of the room. Everything else are good.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was nothing like the photos online. The lobby had a strange odor, and the front desk staff looked annoyed we were even there. Check-in took forever, and when we finally got to our room, it was filthy—hair in the shower, stains on the sheets, and what looked like mold on the ceiling.
The air conditioning barely worked, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the rooms next door, including a couple arguing at 2 AM. We requested a room change and were told they were “fully booked,” even though the parking lot was nearly empty.
The free breakfast? A few bruised apples, stale cereal, and watered-down coffee. No hot options, despite what the website claimed. We ended up leaving a day early because it just wasn’t worth it.
Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place needs a serious overhaul—physically and with their customer service.

The hotel's facilities were spread out over several buildings. Main office is located across the street from all of the rooms/buildings. Had to cross traffic with luggage to get to rooms/buildings.

The room that was assigned to me was not good, it was smelly and far away from everything. I paid $300.00 for an overnight stay because I wanted to be close to the cruise terminal. The staff at the front desk listened to my concerns and upgraded me to a suite with a full kitchen. It was great and made my stay enjoyable especially since I was traveling with kids. Great customer service.!!
