Staff was very efficient, kind and had a positive attitude. Check in was quick and directions to our room as well as amenities were clearly explained. Room was clean and quiet.

Overall a nice place to stay. Only issue was the shower did not get hot enough two of the three nights I was there. The receptionist said there was too many people showering at once and the water coming into the building was too cold to warm up. If you have a certain amount of rooms, the water system should probably be designed to heat all of the rooms if they all ran water.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room is comfortable and quiet.

I love this hotel. Most of the staff is the absolute friendliest, accommodating and as kind as could be. We stay here 2-3 times a year. We get two rooms. Clean, and great breakfast. 4 adults, 4 kids. This year, the woman checking me in gave me a very hard time about how many adults and kids will be in each room and wanted to charge me $20 a night for not splitting the family up despite having two rooms. I agreed to split everyone to avoid the $20 charge and she said I was just lying to here to avoid the charge. We’ve all stayed here many times without incident. It is the absolute best hotel in the area but beware if you’re coming as a group you may encounter there pushback to pay $20 more per night.

They were prepared for us. Explained things about the hotel and very helpful in giving directions to the function site we were attending.

Perfect, great people

The property it self was ok. This town is know to be a trail riding town.(atv, utv and snowmobiling) This particular facility did not have marked parking for trailers nor did the staff point this out. There was a rocky area in the back where we ended up parking our trailer .There also was no marking for trails to get in and out of parking area. You had to guess at the trail entrance and exit as they were not marked.

Good Would stay again

For a small vacation town setting, this is the best property I've stayed at other than a luxury resort. The staff is authentically friendly and personable. Very nice breakfast buffet for this price. Lobby has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace, rooms are large, clean and reasonably furnished. The addition of an elevator in this two story facility was necessary and well done.

Our weekend stay was great, perfectly located to UTV trails and all the things we wanted to do.

We sell toffee for a living. This year we were able to be a part of Eagle River events but being 4+ hours away from home, we needed to stay somewhere. We LOVED our room, the breakfast, the pool, and the staff are amazing. So incredibly clean and quiet. Can't wait to be back for our 25th Anniversary in October.
