Overall experience was great! It’s located out of the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough. Could walk there in about 15-20 min but we chose to drive and park because it was very hot (parking gets costly). We did walk to the Gulch area for dinner.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice and they have an omelette bar where they will make it fresh for you right there. The hotel was clean. Nice family experience.

The property was very clean. We were very happy with our room. The breakfast served was amazing! Loved the location too. We enjoyed the pool as well.
Our only complaint was the water in the bathroom. It was difficult to get the water temperature right. It took several minutes to get the water hot and then it was too hot.

It was very attractive and clean, inside and out. Bed slept wonderfully, pillows were excellent. I was concerned about noise because our room was next to elevator, but we didn’t have any. I was very pleased with everything.

The property was very clean. We were very happy with our room. The breakfast served was amazing! Loved the location too. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Not worth what we payed. Smells in elevators, room level hall, and room. Various fragrances to try and cover it up sprayed by hotel. Water temperature too hard to get right in shower, either too cold or scalding hot. Elevators floor lights for floor ID not working on all floors so the door had to open to tell which floor you were on. Loud guests in lobby that seemed drunk or high. Atmosphere was weird. Will not be back.

Rooms are not sound proof as advertised. I chose this hotel based on this feature, as I have young kids, and wanted a good nights sleep in a "party town". This was very disappointing. Room was dirty, and had a smell to it. Had we been staying in Nashville for more than 1 night, I would have left this place, and checked in somewhere else.

We would recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking was very reasonable. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway and Ubers showed up within 5 minutes. It was clean. It was a great price. The free breakfast was really good. They sell sodas and snacks in the lobby. It was just what we needed for our trip.

Property was easy to get to and was clean. My only complaint was, I had to pay an extra $20.00 a day to park at the hotel.
