Best Western Downtown Plus Music Row

The check in was easy and smooth. It was nice being recognized as a VIP Member for a much as we've used Hotels.com this summer. The hotel was is in a great location to most things although we didn't get to take advantage of that. Our room was very nice and seemed pretty clean. I found the showerhead, not a rainhead showerhead, in the middle of the tub to be interesting. That was awkward to take a shower. We got in so late we slept in and missed breakfast so I can't speak about that. I will say the AC was very loud when it came on, all night long (needed because it was very hot outside). I had a hard time sleeping through the night. Not sure if was because I was cold or the AC was so loud. Probably should have taken a sleep aid. Should we be in town again, this may be our choice but definitely, taking something to help me sleep.

Employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I enjoyed the omelet station for breakfast.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast as well. Would definitely stay again!

The only downside was the $20.00 charge to park in an open parking lot that most lodgings that I have stayed at never charge!

Staff was friendly, breakfast was above average, easy access off the interstate.

Great location, friendly staff

This is a very well run hotel with a lot of thoughtful touches. Excellent breakfast, especially the made-for-you omelette. Very comfortable beds. They even have a free massage chair in the lobby, that we enjoyed a lot. Very easy parking and an easy five minute drive to downtown. Great restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Unusual extra touch for short stays: they clean your room every day! Including changing the towels. We stayed for four nights and our room has been taken care of every single day. For this price this is an extra mile that we did not expect and were very pleasantly surprised. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and we highly recommend it to all guests!

Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly and breakfast included an omelette bar. We were very happy with our trip.

This hotel was not it. Came here for 2 nights but We had to check out a day early because the room was so awful. They would not refund us for the 2nd night because we booked through Expedia but did refund one day of parking. They did offer to switch us to another room but it was not worth it for us to stay another night in a hotel that we were uncomfortable at. Pros: - Staff was nice at check in. - Comfortable beds. - Nice pool. - Refunded for 1 night of parking since we checked out a day early. Cons: - AC was off when we entered the room and that day the temperature was 101° outside so the room temp was 84° when we entered the room. - Room smelled bad like mildew. - Carpet was all wet in front of the AC unit. - AC was very loud and sounded like fighter jets flying overhead and kept us up all night because it never stopped blowing air. - AC was blowing out some kind of dust or something that caused my daughter bad allergies and had her up all night sneezing and coughing. - Shower temperature would only get hot as hell and burn you or was freezing cold as ice, no in between. - Ice machine was not working on our floor so we had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice. - Hair dryer only blew out cold air.

shout out to the hardworking staff in the breakfast room. Staff at the front desk were also very friendly

Staff was very hard to understand, the room we reserved has wet stains on the carpet by bed, the mattress we slept on was one out of a RV, only about 3 inches thick the only good thing this place has is breakfast will not stay again.

Great stay. Room was clean and AC worked well. Bed was super firm but also can tell they were not old mattresses which I can appreciate. Breakfast was great and got to enjoy the massage chair as well!

Close to music row, quiet, safe and clean. The breakfast was great.

The breakfast offering was diverse and excellent. Rooms were spacious enough.

Staff was friendly and upgraded us at no charge but the room smelled like cat pee and we didn’t have time to change rooms. Bed was not comfortable at all. Overall everything else was fine

This property was perfect for our trip! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay…the hotel is in a safe area, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, & there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay there again!

So close to downtown!! Breakfast was great and the massage chair was amazing!!
