I’ve been here 3 times in the last two months. The staff is very nice. The hotel is clean, I love the parking plus it’s close to a lot of hot spots

Our family trip of four adults included my Mom who is 93 years young and uses a walker, as well as a wheelchair. We had a six night stay in the handicap accessible suite which I highly recommend. The bathroom was large enough for her wheelchair and included a shower chair which Mom was grateful for. The room was clean and well decorated The staff were so nice.

20 dollars a day for parking ridiculous. Details only mention self parking available no fee mentioned. Found hair in our tub and hot water and controlling temperature was extremely difficult and took more than 20 minutes.

The decor was very Nashville like and went well with being in Nashville. The breakfast was great and they had a build your own omelet station where somebody would make it for you. Convenience was wi derful despite paying $20/ night to park in their parking lot

Hotel is located outwith the downtown area within 30 mins walking distance. Located near the gulch area which also has good amenities with a much more chilled vibe.
Good facilities located around the hotel including the massage chairs.
One woman at breakfast was very blunt which wasn’t a great way to start a morning.
Overall we had a good stay and the staff were very welcoming at the desk.
Hotels.com sent a message the day before about a VIP package. If the VIP package was 2 bottles of water and some pretzels then even their own AI bot says that’s not a good VIP package.
