This hotel was great and the breakfast was delicious and they have it until 10am. I actually booked with them again for next month. Great rates and it is nice and clean which is a plus and a must haha

Very convenient for me from my work distance. They have great breakfast they keep my room clean a few miles to anything your needing.

The room was clean, but there was some previous damage. It also needs updating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were terrible. Maybe pack your own?
There was one gentleman at the front desk who was fantastic. He was working late Friday night, I wish I would've asked his name. He was friendly, helpful, and grabbed the extras I asked for (towels, tp, etc.).
The lady who works the breakfast area was incredibly nice, friendly, and accomodating. We enjoyed a full breakfast that was tasty!
There was also a gentleman who drives the shuttle. Very friendly, personable, and we chatted every morning with him as well. All three of these folx are a tremendous asset to the business!
Parking was great - easy, accessible and a clean lot.
We don't usually stay at a hotel in the area. We have family friends, but this was a pleasant surprise/find. Will definitely stay again!

The room was clean. I like that the hotel has airport shuttle. I didn’t like the motel feel of the hotel. Having the entrance to the rooms on the outside seems unsafe and inconvenient. The free breakfast was nice too.
I didn’t like that I wasn’t greeted when we walked in the door, even though they were assisting another guest a simple hello I’ll be right with you would’ve been ok.

However, the front desk staff is rude and impatient, especially for the post checkout service.
1) There was no staff at the front desk when we checked out. When I called to get a copy of the receipt, the answer is a firm no because we booked via a 3rd party travel site.
2) Being a Best Western loyalty member, I asked for the points to be added to myself. The answer is a firm no because we booked via a 3rd party travel site,
Well, if you don't want the 3rd party to take a portion of your price, don't market yourself on those websites. I never had this issue with other hotel groups, or airlines. If I buy my tickets on expedia.com and physically took the flight, I get my mileage, isn't it?
