The staff members from the front desk to the restaurant who extremely hard working, attentive, and friendly. All service was very prompt. The only nit picking is that our shower had a small leak but a towel at the base of the sliding doors soaked it up.

Although I only stayed briefly, for a quick overnight layover between flights at Dulles, the hotel was perfect. Late arrival was not a problem, it’s very close to the airport - with excellent shuttle service, the perfect place to grab a few hours of sleep before heading out the next morning.

We stayed at this place for one night while we awaited our flight back home to San Francisco. The shuttle was prompt and picking us up from the airport and got us delivered to the airport in perfect time. Not only did they go out of their way to assist us. They gave us a bag breakfast in place of the normal breakfast that was not available at 5 AM. We ate next-door at the Holiday Inn and had a great dinner there, walking distance. For a night before a flight, we have never had a better experience.

Our stay there was pleasant and convenient but I wish they had an elevator to the second floor. Lugging our heavy suitcases up those stairs was very hard as we are seniors.

It was good, but the shuttle driver left is at the airport. We were standing right beside the bus. He didn't even look up or acknolegde that we were standing there andndit not even lower the window or come out of the bus and ask us if we were going to the hotel. All other drivers from the shuttles of the other hotels did that. We had to call the hotel and tell the what happend. And after 30 min when the shuttle came again, it was the same driver. I askes him if he had seen is before or was there a misscommunication. Bit it was like he did not understand what Inwas talking about.
We stayed online 1 night for the next dat we had to fly to Seattle.
The good thing was that they had a breakfast packige ready for us to take with us because we had to leave 6 o'clock in de morning.

The property was well kept just dated, however I did not realize it was an outdoor entrance to your room. It’s possible it is mentioned online and I simply overlooked. Thankfully I only had 1 night.

Dirty room with furnishings falling apart, including one of the curtains being just left on the floor, and the doors under the sink falling off their hinges. Coffee maker didn't work. Insisted on putting a $20 hold on my card for "incidentals," but the front desk staffer couldn't articulate what those might be. Also, loud environment even after midnight, and the building reeked of weed. I should have walked out no matter how tired I was.

Overall, my stay was decent. However, hotel management needs to be aware of when there are large groups staying at the hotel. I felt absolutely horrible for the check-in girl this morning when I went to check out as they were easily 60 to 70 people needing their luggage coordinated and she was the only one staffing the desk. And yet she was still calm and respectful and polite when she did come over to assist me with my checkout.

I wanted a cheap hotel near the airport, thats what I got. Clean, easy check in and the hotel shuttle was prompt, even took me to the airport at 5:30 AM. Nothing extra in the room. No fridge or microwave. Wish the walls were more sound proof. I head people running and playing outside the doors several times during the night and the smell of smoke came in too. All of this interrupted my sleep, but that wasn't necessarily the hotels fault, just inconsiderate guests.
