Our room in bathroom light and above was covered in dust … we have allergies and the dust flared them up … Breakfast muffins were left out all day and overnight not covered

The ladies at the counter were very kind and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I did notice that the gym could benefit from some improvements in its overall condition. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.

Emily, who did the breakfasts was the best. She was there 2 years ago and I was happy to see her still there.

I couldn't figure out the waffle maker, I didn't see the batter even the sign said "shake package". Hmmm... Everything was very nice, clean and friendly. Thank you.

Front desk staff was nice, check in was quick and easy. Room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. So dirty. Splatters on the wall and the bedskirt, random things on the floor such as bottle cap, open safety pin. Bathroom door had dirt on it everywhere. Caulk in the shower was either discolored due to mold/mildew or missing. Would not stay here again.

Trust your gut reading these reviews unlike me - I figured "how bad could it be?" Well, I'm here to tell you - Do not waste your money - spend the extra $20 and stay across the street. This hotel is so outdated, it really needs to be knocked down. Our room smelled of gas to which they told us that's because of the oil and gas workers, but they normally stick them on the second floor. Our toilet also didn't work - it ran all night, so we had to constantly take off the lid to either stop it or flush. The carpet is so old, it's starting to wear through - take flip flops because you are not going to want to walk on it in socks or bare feet. There's no amount of cleaning that could make this place look better. We only needed a place from 9 pm until 7 am and were too tired after exploring all day to go somewhere else - but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else from the beginning. Also, staff told me that there was nothing they could do since I booked through Expedia.

Bugs all over the room , including the bed . Went to the front office to complain about the room . She took me to another room to see if it was ok to stay at , there was crap in the toilet . Just straight up left after that . Worst hotel i have ever seen .

We had excellent front desk staff who were very accommodating, friendly, and said hello to our pooch! They accommodated an early check in. It is a good place to stay!

Convenient to store and restaurants.

It appears that rooms are being renovated so be sure to ask for a newly renovated room.

Room was clean. I like the breakfast. Bathtub area need to be replace.

Room smelled musty. Door dead bolt wouldn't open for us and posed a real safety/fire hazard. The lock looked like someone has previously attacked it with a pry-bar. We did not use the dead bolt after the first night. The bed was higher on one side than the other. Upon inspection, the box spring didn't fit the bed frame and was sitting on top of the frame on one side. We won't be staying at this property again.
