Exceptional and surprisingly unique property. We had a lovely suite w/ an exceptional bathroom/shower and huge TV. Mattress was great! Common spangles and airport shuttle were tip top.

The bed was not the greatest the first night. However, we moved rooms and it was amazing the second night. Staff was great and I loved the 24/7 coffee/snack station. I would definitely go back!

Convenient, very comfortable and friendly!

For a $400 price the facilities are very limited. It is a bed and breakfast, with limited dining options in the vicinity. We were there in July 4th when everything was closed. There is no elevator and I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

Excellent staff. Cheerful & helpful. Very comfortable beds & plenty of linens & towels. Very clean. Quiet. Only downsides were a lowered ceiling over the bed that a taller person could hit their head. Also not a fan of the non private bathing & dressing area incorporated in the bedroom. 4 1/2 stars

Way better than I expected. It’s like staying at a B&B off of a Hallmark Movie. Very nice!

Stay was amazing. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Rooms very clean and pillows super fluffy. The whole place feels very Homey. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a small, hotel — unlike the usual Best Western- with a very nice room and excellent breakfast with two made-to-order options, plus pre-packaged and previously prepared stuff. The only thing that took some getting used to was the sink-shower-toilet arrangement, which were not together in a separate bathroom but lined up on one wall of the room. (The toilet with a door, the shower with a curtain, and the sink next to that.). Not a big hassle, just odd. Overall, we were very pleased.

Staff was amazing! The included breakfast and shuttle to & from the airport as well as multiple daily downtown trips made the stay even more worth it. Was bummed to find out the fireplaces do not work (they only have one room with it I guess) and our queen bed was SUPER uncomfortable (had a deep dent all the way down the middle) which of course we didn’t discover until we went to bed the first night. Other than that - I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Juneau.
