Went for a hockey tournament, clean, comfortable and the staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful, a real treat compared to other recent hotel stays in the USA!

Honestly, it was one of our best stays ever in Grand Forks.
While like most hotels you can hear movement from the rooms above you, this would be my only complaint.
The staff were amazing, we constantly watched them keep on top of cleaning in various areas. We will definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Very nice pool area. The hotel had great breakfast options and the food was very good.

I have statey at this hotel many times as it is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff are very polite and accommodating. The only issue I have with the hotel and by no means, is it the fault of the hotel but I think it’s time to do a few upgrades flooring, furniture, etc.. overtime things just start to wear out ….and spills happen, which are noticeable, but is not very pleasant to look at. Overtime I have stayed in approximately eight different rooms in this facility so I feel I know it very well and it’s easy to tell where things could use some upgrading. Great facility for families, very accommodating breakfast in the morning, very nice lobby.

Woke up in the middle of the night with bedbugs crawling on the bed. Staff couldn’t do anything as “there was no manager” staff kept giving me different times on when the manager was coming in. First I was told 7am, then 8am, then 10am. I had to wait 8 hours for the situation to be dealt with. When I confronted the front desk about it they just said “we don’t know why she’s not here yet”.
