Treadmill was inoperable and some of the weight machines did not work. There was also a drunk woman without shoes laying on the ground in front of the front door when I checked in.

Only real downsides to this space was the broken equipment in the fitness center and the lack of food nearby. Everything else was good. Nice pleasant stay

Can't complain. Good stay. Couldn't take advantage of the amenities, but check-in was smooth and they were responsive in answering my email thinking I had left my ring there. Would stay again.

We were ok staying there. Some staff were lovely and two were a bit tempermental.
The facility needs updates and repairs, but was clean and safe. The toilets flush louder than anything I've ever heard!!

Was a nice stay. They put us in a room that was already occupied at first, we went to the desk and got another room. The beds were kind of hard and so were the pillows. The spa jets were not working, there was no indication when booking that they weren't working. The breakfast was good.

The front desk had trouble finding my paid reservation. The first room they gave me had what appeared to be animal droppings all over the bed. Prior stays at this hotel were amazing.

Convenient hotel right off the highway. Front desk staff we super nice and accommodating with room away from the highway (light sleeper). Breakfast spread was standard but nice. Underground parking garage was nice.

Never mentioned at anytime the hot tub was out of order. If I had been told I couldn’t reduce my stay to 1 night. First night got back after closing. Second night went to use hot tube and no jets. No signage no mention at check in. Second Best Western in the last year with broken hot tube.
