A great place to stay when travelling through SFO and you don’t want to be downtown. The only shortcoming was there was no airport shuttle, however an uber was only around $25 and we enjoyed the property. Room service was a local delivery of Aegean or burgers. Which was fine. Breakfast was complementary and quite good.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Very good 5 day stay. I loved the fact that there was a beautiful golf course and The Coyote Park next door great hikes.

The customer service from the staff was 10/10, but the room was awful, it had this bad smell of dirty and clean, like when you mop with a dirty mop, or clean with a dirty rag, turns out they washed the carpet and well pretty much that explained the smell. I had bites all over my feet over night, so not sure if there was something in the bed or a spider bit me while I was sleeping but definitely in the bed.

Met our needs, was comfortable, it’s what was expected for price range. I would stay here again if in the area and needed a quick affordable place to get some rest. Easy access to highway. No restaurants in immediate walking distance. Coyote Point park (5 min. walk) was a bonus with trails on the bay shore. Was with my teenage daughter and asked if she felt safe in the area, she said yes. Breakfast was appreciated but average. The hotel staff was friendly. Parking fee ($9.00) is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Parking garage option available, not a lot of space for large or trailered vehicles.

Property and services slightly declined since a year ago when we stayed there. They also charged for parking which is new and not declared in the property description ... we would've chosen a different place if we were aware of that charge.

A nice stay, but the plumbing is incredibly noisy (altho thick doors help!) and towels are scarce and thin. Breakfast was good, somewhat limited on choice. Staff very welcoming and friendly, however, and location is convenient for both Burlingame & central San Mateo.

I've stayed here now 2 times when going to a nearby conference. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but the rooms are nice sized, comfortable, and well maintained and the staff is well trained, friendly and helpful, and its always reasonably priced. There's no restaurant on site, but easy food delivery. There's not a lot to walk to, but a couple of blocks away is a small market. They do serve free breakfast every morning. Again not gourmet but respectable and nice when you want some coffee and eggs and bacon before leaving for the day. They have inexpensive covered parking with available chargers for electric, and a fair amount of close street parking where you can overnight park. There's a small but functional gym, a sauna and free internet. If you have a car its a short ride from San Francisco Airport, easy freeway access, and nearby (like a5 to 10 minute drive) to quaint downtown areas in San Mateo and Burlingame that are worth going to for restaurants and shopping.

Check-in was seamless and the manager/owner was very kind and personable— he really made a great first impression. The hotel is located right off the highway so it can get noisy at times, but that’s to be expected. Room was clean and breakfast was appreciated. Good stay overall; no complaints.
