Best Western Muncie

Good stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was small but decent. The only complaint was the bed was super broke down and sunk in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable.

I stayed here several years ago. Service was good but it needed some updates. I was so pleased to see the improves at this visit! It was clean and a nice place to crash after my business meeting.

We arrived after a volleyball tournament around 10pm to check in and shower and go to bed. After check in we were going upstairs, the outside door in the back was propped open and people were coming and going from there to a party. We got up stairs were multiple rooms had large amount of guests staying and smoking weed. The smell was coming into our room. We decided to pack up and ask for a refund. The front desk manager was very nice and said we was going to deal with the party but after our worries he offered a full refund. Thankful for the front desk manager for understanding we had 13yr old girls that didn’t need to be trying to fall asleep to loud and smelly party before having to get up and play the next morning.

Just a couple day stay, leisure. Wasn't impressed with beds. The metal bed frames felt institutional. Understand why having under bed not open, but almost felt like they were old prison beds. Pillows too soft.

The TV didnt work. You couls turn it in by no channel would load. It was late so we just went to bed but thats unacceptable. It seems there was a remote missing. Tv was also like 24 inches and awful had we gotten channels to load. They also ended the breakfast early and gave my girfla hard time wven getting coffee after their early close time

Biggest complaint is the fact that this is the first time i have ever had to stay at a hotel with a broken tv. None of the channels worked, just said no service. Called front desk and someone came up and looked at it to just to say they didnt know what was wrong. Did not offer to move our room or any compensation for the inconvenience. On top of that, the overall hotel was not very clean or well kept. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

On check in the concierge was very friendly and personable. Once in our room we were aware that one of the fire detectors was chirping- low battery. We called the desk and within 20 minutes we had a response. All resolved. Slept soundly throughout the night.

Bed in suite was dilapidated sheets were stained brown underneath and top layer was dingy. No one was working the front desk. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come.

Nothing spectacular it was a place to sleep breakfast sucked the place was old and dinghy

Nice hotel for a good price. We had a suite and it was well done. Not fancy but nice and quiet.

Half of the lights in the room did not work. Staff was indignant to my questions and I did not feel like a guest. Overall I would say that I was ok with it but I only stayed one night.

Very nice staff. Easy check in.
