Sheets were stained and bathroom dirty. Front desk apologetic and assigned another room. The second room had clean sheets, but bathroom not very clean-stray hairs and floor icky. The ratings on the place were good, so found this shocking. Very loud street noice and ac. Stray cats all around the building and a “welcome truckers” sign. Would not stay again.

Bad neighborhood, old hotel, towels are thin, shower curtain smells, shower drain clogged and carpet was dirty.

Older property that looks recently updated not a family friendly place. Staff was great

Jason at the Front desk was very friendly and took pride in caring for the property. I even saw him picking up trash out front. Great stay!

Disgraceful! I'm traveling, was late check-in just wanted a shower and go to bed. I was put end of Hall next to a door that you couldn't use it all. Room was gross it was very dingy, look like a rundown ghetto. Couldn't shower because every single towel that was in that bathroom including the bath mat looked Stepped On by Dirty boots and put back dirty! Every single towel was dirty. Pillow cases looked dingy and yellow like they were not changed, smelled like old sweat. Everything smelled like a sweaty worker! Usually the Linens will smell of bleach, or at least some sort of detergent. Nope. Every single one smelled like a dirty towel. Just what I wanted to do at 4:00 in the morning is go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. Attached pic of "clean" towel I received. When I got to the front desk to ask for towels, desk person and two men came out of the elevator. Men very upset. They had booked a room, put thiervitems in the room, came back from dinner and someone else was asleep IN THEIR BED!! They booked someone else into the room they already sold to them. It appeared they were hustling them making them prove that was their room to begin with. Eventhough their stuff was already in it! 15 min plus just to ask for a clean towel. That towel is worse than the others. Finally got a shower used my shirt to dry off, just to try to lay down on the bed and it was broken had to sleep sideways! Unacceptable, stay anywhere else! Wont let me add pics?? Convenient!!

Check in was super fast. Receptionist agent (Han) was very kind and gave me some info about the area.

Not a great area, it felt unsafe and made us feel uncomfortable right from the start.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only issue was the a/c unit. It blows right in your face when you’re sleeping. It was hot in the room so we had to have it on for a minute.

Water was not hot, close to cold, but besides that good experience
