Im paralized in one side and in a wheelchair they went above and beyond there job to accomadate me wonderfull staff perfect buffett breakfast severall choices...this is my one and only choice for when in lousiana

I remember staying at Best Western as a child, and some 30 years later, they have only progressed in every aspect!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as they are in the middle of a major remodel, and everything just flowed so well. Any negative for this stay would be only by pettiness and looking for things. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Well the location was cool. But the room are very small for that amount of money(over price). The toilet was to low to floor when flushing it the pressure was very low. The breakfast need to tast better

Construction was everywhere at the checkout counter it was literally a cut out w/ plastic hanging around it dust everywhere. The walk thru the courtyard had construction equipment sitting there. My room was HORRIBLE the bed was off the rails no headboard my son had to help me set the bed up. The tv had no sound the ac in the room blew out fan air instead of cold air even on 67 the lowest it would go the bathroom had hair in the tub and floor it had not been cleaned. If it weren’t so late after driving 2 1/2 hrs with 2 children I would have left and asked for a refund. It was a horrible stay

Love the place but honestly came on the trip in the first place for the hot tub. I called and confirmed it was open before booking. When we arrived it was closed but we were told it would be open in the morning. However in the morning when we went to it it was still closed. Then come to find out from staff it has been closed several months now.
Bed was not the most comfortable but overall the experience was only so so just because if the hot tub.
We have stayed many times over the years here and loved it before. I hope they can fix it. We would love a good experience here in the future.

They had trouble checking me in because i booked using a 3rd party (hotels. Com) traveling with a dog, and they weren't sure what they were doing with the check in.
The room was very outdated and the bed was not comfortable. There was trash under the bed.
When I checked in they gave me a map of the buildings and told me i could park right in front of our room when in fact there was another building right in front of our room so we had to park in a side parking lot and walk to find our room.
They were in the process of renovating the lobby so hopefully those renovations continue throughout all the buildings.

We live in the same city less than 15 miles from the Best Western. Use this hotel for most overnight stays for patty’s at the convention center. Works out perfect ! Just walk to your room. They are under remodeling now. Certainly time to change the furniture.

This was the worst Best Western we’ve ever stayed in. Check in was ok, that’s was about only good thing I can add. The rooms smelled like mildew and the top blanket on bed was dirty. No hairdryer and we asked for clean blankets and they were given to us wadded up like they were taken off someone else’s bed waiting to be washed. We stayed one night, it took 30 minutes to check out because no one was in the lobby. My husband had to drive around the outside of the hotel to find someone to tell they had people waiting in the lobby. Definitely will not be back. It’s under construction in the lobby, no complaints on that, because you can see it will beautiful entrance and lobby once completed.

This hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. I have stayed here twice..once during the beginning stages on the remodel and again not too long ago. The location is perfect. The food is great.
