Very comfortable. Nicest bed I have ever had in a hotel…like sleeping on a cloud. Great location just 5 minutes outside of the entrance to Bryce Canyon. Not many dining options in Bryce Canyon City though. The hotel only serves breakfast but it is included in your stay. This is probably the nicest place to stay in the area.

Poor customer service. The hotel was just your average hotel. A friendly face at the front desk would make all the difference but you won’t get that here.

Most hotels are very similar. What makes the difference is the customer service. I had very poor interaction with the night staff at the front desk. I have worked several positions in hotels and I can tell you this was the worst. The hotel otherwise was like all others.
