we made a mistake on our booking date. it supposed to be feb/26 and check out on the feb/27 we did not catch the mistake in time and they will not give us our money back!

Building in disrepair/Pool area out of order from electrical issue with lighting system/ice machine on our floor out of order/complimentary coffee out of order in lobby. Hot breakfast eggs and sausage dry and overcooked/held too long 45minutes before serve time was over
