Jasmin was fabulous. Our TV wasn’t working she personally came and rectified it. She also made recommendations for food and activities. Great job

Big issues: - toilet was leaking when we arrived - the main elevator was broken - both keycards randomly stopped working on our last day - the pool has not been cleaned, so we could not use it (it was April and 80 degrees when we stayed) - a shower stool that we did not request had a visible piece of hair stuck to it when we arrived - no shampoo or conditioner in the shower - only decaf coffee in the room - Wi-Fi did not work Not so big issues: - old brown dirty-looking carpet everywhere - humidity levels were high as they seemingly keep the AC down - TV had 40 channels, some of which were not working. Kids had Nick and Disney and only Nick was working. Good things: - They seemed like they were trying their best and were prompt. - Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. - coffee machine was awesome - water bottles were available to grab - our plumbing issue and keycard issue were promptly resolved I did not have time to ask to fix the WiFi issue, lack of shampoo or lack of non decaf coffee.

The property needs more updates not clean place

Service needs improvement. Check in extremely slow and I was the only one checking in. Called and asked for a pillow and was basically told that she had looked a few days ago and it wasn't likely. Really? Also the message light on phone was on. They didn't know how to turn it off. We had a light flashing in our eyes all night.

We checked in expecting 3 nights in an accessible room, i have bad knees and taller toilets and showers are very helpful. We were told that there were no accessible rooms available. A team had checked in and there were no more accessible rooms. We were put in a 2 queen room which was fine but since we were there for 3 nights it was not what we needed. The girl who checked us in as well as some of the other front desk folks were pretty unresponsive. Not welcoming at all. This hotel is old and pretty rundown, shower not hot, not enough outlets, no kleenex box in the cover. Not a great experience. Would not recommend this hotel.

Check in was flawless

This hotel is pretty rub down . Our bathroom sink drained right on the bathroom floor and we were not the only ones having our rooms changed. If I knew this hotel had a welfare contracr I would have stayed elsewhere. The lobby looked like a homeless encampment in the evening.

Always enjoy staying here.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was homeless people asking for money on the street I was shocked And Walmart area There was about three.

The elevator and ice machine didn't work. (The elevator was later repaired during my stay.) The entire hotel was dirty and very much in need of renovations; very old and run down. There was a huge shower chair in my bathroom that I didn't need. The hotel room felt dirty. The bathroom mirror was dirty and old. I could hear the other guests. The rooms definitely are not noise proof. I won't be staying here again.
