It was a super clean and quiet stay just a short distant to the KC Airport. It’s a great price especially when traveling with a dog, will definitely be booking again soon.

We have stayed in many hotels in this airport area over the years. This was a really great stay for the price. We had a king room. The bed was comfy--soft but firm. Great shower once it warms up. Breakfast was well-run, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine--which is available all day. The staff are friendly. Unexpected bonus is a lovely paved walking path around a pond across the street between two of the office complexes. They just really need to replace the wall pictures to match the colors of the rest of the updated decor. :-)

Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, slept good. Breakfast was decent staff was present and cleaning. Only disappointment was we booked this hotel for indoor pool as we were traveling a long day and wanted kids to be able to get our some energy and pool was closed do to the health department shutting it down. Other than that bummer it was an ok stay and would stay again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a good location, safe and quiet. A couple of things that they could improve upon: There was a smell throughout the hallway the whole time, not sure what caused it, but it wasn't super pleasant. We would've liked a fan in the bathroom to help with humidity and/or the ability to open a window in the room to help with air flow. Overall our experience was good and we would consider staying again sometime.

Just a sleep over for a late flight. Bed not real comfortable. Very kind. Called to say that they would hold a pillow for 30 days that I left behind. Very nice gesture.

The room was clean, except the bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor in bathroom was somewhat dirty. But all in all it was a good stay except tbe pool was closed fo we n and couldn't be used which was disappointing

The biggest issue with This Best Western Plus hotel was the "fair" internet. Constantly had to go to settings and re-establish internet connection. Very frustrating.
The coffee was excellent and HOT.
The daily rate was less than most of the neighboring hotels. Being a IHG member, I may stay there even if it's a tad more than Best Western Plus.
The charging outlets in the bedside lamps were DATED and they all lost their "snugness" for a solid connection.
