I was on a road trip with my 60-pound German Shepherd mix, and she was welcomed with open arms. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast (that was included) was just right for me to be fueled on my drive home to Southern California.

We were thrilled with this hotel! The staff were amazing!!!!! I was having surgery and my time was moved to morning (not close to check--in time), so I called the day before inquiring about checking in earlier. She said call in the morning. I got out of surgery the next day and we were able to check right in around 11:30 a.m. And when I had called, she was so sweet, her words were, " come right on over, we are ready for you"!
And later in the day, I had taken out the last few tissues from the box provided and I called to see if I could get another box. I had reached the front desk and she said I bring you a box right now and she did!!! Excellent and caring service was provided!! And I do imagine they do thst with all of their guests!

This hotel should not be allowed to be called a Best Western. I’ve stayed in many locations throughout the world but this location is just not ok.
From unclean rooms with bugs land silverfish and hallways with trash in them and inedible breakfast and dirty equipment.
Many concerns were voiced and staff did not handled in a way I would expect and used to.
We ended up leaving early because non of our complaints were being taken seriously or handled. Ended up leaving day early and stay in different hotel.

I always look forward to a hot tub at the end of a long day. Unfortunately, this one let me down. It felt like it was 95° and 3 inches low on water. Wouldn’t even filter. When I got out, I had to pick debris off of my legs.

AC noisy, bathtub dripped, mismatched furniture, bed was saggy, fridge wasn’t cold. In poor repair. Ran out of food during breakfast. Will never return.
