Room was nice. But website said heated pool and it definitely was NOT heated and the internet did NOT work. We weren’t told any of this until we contacted the front desk about both issues.

We arrived late… like 11:00. We chose motel due to breakfast being included. For time and money. Looked at book in room: breakfast until 9:30 week days. Went to get breakfast and it was being picked up. We said the book said 9:30…. Nope she picks up at 9. We grabbed a few items to sit and eat.Felt like we were criminals. Later I took the book to the front desk and had him read the times. Not very
apologetic, kind of passed it on to the gal who was doing what she was told to do.
Just a sincere apology, or how can I make this right…. Customer service hum…
