I won’t stay anywhere else. This is the perfect location for all our family activities. Close to BYU and our married children. It’s very clean, pet free and actually has extra blankets. We also love having a tub. Great place!!

They only had 2 carts to bring in bags and stuff. Often neither was available. We suggested they need 3 or 4 carts. They listened but weren't very receptive. Other than that we loved our stay and will likely return.

We enjoyed our visit. The staff was great! One thing is that the grout and floor trim in the bathroom could really be updated. The room was average but clean but the bathroom made it seem like a less than 3 star hotel.

All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. The Continental breakfast was the best I've had anywhere and well maintained.

Overall it was a good stay at Best Western. Biggest complaint is the motorcycles racing along the road next to the building almost all night. Please call local police to fix this.

This hotel is a convenient location and seems in decent condition and cleanliness. Parking was super crowded. My tub faucet had a vigorous constant leak and faulty tub/shower diverter. It was addressed for the night then once I used the shower again, (half pressure because of diverter) the leak came back. The shower water was warm, but not a drop of hot water to be found. Front desk stated I simply had to "let it run a long time to warm up". Not true. It never got warmer than just warm enough to shower. Pool and hot tub area were all right. I do believe they will address most problems kindly and efficiently, but they seemed to know and accept they did not really have hot water.

Only issue was that the lever on the tub spout did not work so I couldn't take a shower.

Jessy at the front desk was very helpful! Even with the inside pool, there was no chlorine smell! Large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast! Close to BYU which is where we were visiting!

The elevators need to be repaired badly when the one that was operational comes to a stop on the 4th floor it was bouncing and making all kinds of noise, the other one was out of operation
