Great hotel with a beautiful location next to the Missouri river. All 3 of the staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night as an early valentine’s day treat for us (as we got a Spa Suite) but I will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family when they come to visit us next!!

Seemed a little neglected on detailed cleaning. Dusty surfaces just above line of sight and I’m not particularly fussy. Thermal cup lids were not wrapped and were covered in dust. Big chunk of drywall missing around light-fan in bathroom left me hoping there wasn’t a camera. Pillows were too puffy and lumpy. It wasn’t awful but didn’t meet my expectations. Best Westerns used to be a higher standard establishment but i don’t see that anymore. Hotel provided body products for shower were gross.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Doing what so many others were doing in the area- hiking and hitting the parks.
Having that jetted tub after a long day of hikes was such a bonus!
The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and everything worked. Perfect for our needs and would stay there again!
