Lobby is spacious and comfortable. Pool area and spa always clean
Our suite was very roomy with plenty of space even with only one bathroom which was very large as well.
Only suggestion is there was only one hook between the entire two rooms and the bathroom. Needs to have more hooks on the walls and in the bathroom

I’ve stayed here before and LOVED it! It looks a little dated on the outside but has been completely redone inside and is lovely, and the staff is FANTASTIC! It’s so clean and nice.

I likes how clean and welcoming the hotel felt, I also love that they added the restaurant/Bar, the food was very good and the service. Also love that they are open late.

Clean and relaxing atmosphere, but the parking is not horrible. If they're fully booked there's not enough parking spots. Even if you call to ask where to park they did not care. People had to park in red zones, charging spots, etc..

I usually book this property with family and is very clean, safe and hot tub and swimming pool is excellent in summer
THE ONLY ISSUE IS THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE FREE BREAKFAST, DOES NOT OFFER GOOD COFFE, TEA ETC. AND IF COMPARE WITH OTHER SIMILAR PROPERTIES IN THE AREA IS LITTLE BEHIND.

I have stayed at Best Western in the past, excellent expense. I was disappointed that they did not have breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel now, but the buffet was not worth the money charging for it. I enjoyed the breakfast when Best Western provided it.

I liked the fact that they had nire than one handicap parking spot, that you could go in the front door or go in and out of the back door with your keycard. I liked the convenience of a restaurant on site, however the restaurants portion sizes were on the small side and over priced for the amount of food u got.

Front desk at check in said breakfast was at six which is true except on Saturday which is 7:00. I went to the breakfast lounge at 6:00 and the breakfast staff was very rude and upset because I didn’t have the right time. Other than that, the place was great and the staff member that delivered to our room that night was so nice! Would stay again, now knowing the proper times for dining.
