I stayed at the hotel with breakfast included. Unfortunately, there were no raw vegetables at breakfast. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a shower, no bathtub. The lights in the room and on the desk were adequate. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.　It's close to the airport and close to the highway, so transportation is convenient. Overall it was a very comfortable businestrip!

We were so pleased our dog was welcomed by staff! The coffee in the lobby was really good, which surprised us because we are kind of picky about our coffee! The room temperature was a little tough to regulate; it responded to settings, but would get too cool, then too hot during the night for my husband, waking him. On our 4th day, we requested housekeeping for the last night, but we were told there were staffing issues, so we couldn't get fresh sheets/towels. We settled for just a coffee pod restock. That seemed unfortunate for a room costing well over $200. But overall, the location was perfect for us, and the bed was super comfortable. Also, the shower was wonderful--- hot and powerful!

Booked 2 rooms ended up on completely different floors and was unable to switch rooms. Not much effort was put into resolving the situation.

My room was facing the front of the Hotel, on the sixth floor. The room was very noisy since I-80 is right in front of the building

The hotel was great! The restaurant incredible food and great staff. All the hotel staff was so helpful, welcoming and polite! Loved the pool. Stay 5 nights. A big thank you to all the staff!

No complaints. Clean room and nice facilities. Love having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

The space for your dogs to go potty feels like an unsafe space for a female traveler. The rooms are nice but my room and floor really smell like dog pee which makes for a not so pleasant stay. Staff was great.

Mooi hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Is wel gelegen op industrieterrein maar er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Great stay! Well kept place that was modern in style and seemed to be newly remodeled very nicely. The king suite was very spacious!

The property was nice. The room was very comfortable. There is only one restaurants and the food was terrible. For a property that is pet friendly, there really should be an enclosed dog run and not just the grass area off the freeway which is too noisy and distracting for dogs who are out of their comfort zone. There was a nice grass area by the pool which should be gated for dog use.

We stay here when we are in Reno whenever we are going to a concert at GSR. It is much more convenient for my handicapped husband than trying to navigate the Casino and Hotel. There is also a Dennys just down the street which is great when we are starved after a concert. The hotel does offer a shuttle but we have not used this option.
