Loved it.

They have nice rooms, and their continental breakfast is better than most other hotels.

The hotel was easy to access from the highway, very clean and the room was spacious. Check in was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I am traveling through the area.

Great breakfast burrito, waffles, eggs, sausage…

The desk manager when we checked in was very friendly yet professional. We had a beautiful room, comfortable beds , very very clean Maria was the breakfast host and she was also very friendly. She also was at the front desk when we checked out. Such a sweet young lady. My husband and I agreed we’d definitely go back. We did return 2 days later on our way home and Maria was at the front desk again. Unfortunately there were no rooms available, which we saw online, but I thought we would stop and check anyway. She apologized over and over again. Not necessary but sweet

It was nice clean quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel had to shut off water overnight so there was no water for the remainder of the stay. I had to work the next day and figure out alternative arrangements at additional expense. Was told they would refund the night or give a voucher but nothing was given.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was really hard.

I decided to give this hotel another shot after my first stay left quite a bit to be desired. So I swung for the fences and booked a suite; 606 to be exact. At first glance the room looked lovely, but then....😳😬 Pretty sure the place to do any sneeze cheese in Wausau, has been done in suite 606 🤧😵 (pic attached). But wait, there's more....hairs stuck to the shower walls secured by snot rockets, random plaster crumbles along the floor, broken coffee maker (which I'm going to take as a blessing since who knows what fungus has been lurking in there☠️), questionable stains on the bed sheets, couches, etc. The pros, you ask? I was an hour early for my meeting in the morning (checked out way earlier then I planned) and the hotel has a geat location. End scene 🎦

Every thing was great

Very friendly staff, comfortable mattress an pillows. this may sound goofy, but, they have the chair height toilets which is so much better than the usual cheap hotel toilet that’s about 6” tall. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. Judging from that one would assume that the food isn’t good enough to bring in local customers.
