Check-in was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet!
When I got into the room and inspected it before setting down, I immediately realized the towel rack in the bathroom and all of the towels were on the floor!
I informed the front desk immediately, and she said she would "make a note of it." That was it.

We have stayed at this property many times over last 10 years and it has continually gone downhill. The area could be dangerous at night due to the new convenience store built right next door. It attracts interesting characters especially at night. The property is dated and needs update..The rooms are just ok and breakfast is marginal. It used to be great. The heaters for the food were inoperable both days this time and the food was cold....The workout room had equipment that was inoperable, apparently for quite a time. No luggage trays in rooms any more....it's sad...

The handle to closet door was broken off, room smelled musty. Overall, it was a fine stay for one night. Breakfast was not great. Staff was friendly.

Safe place to stay with lots of cameras outside. Clean rooms and linens. Comfy bed. No Febreeze smell. friendly staff. Shuttle service driver great guy. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs potatoes sausage waffles yogurt coffee juices. Breakfast staff great at keeping things full and tidy.
Only problem was we needed change for a $20 to leave tip for breakfast and room cleaning staff and they had no cash. We felt like jerks not leaving a tip.

We always try to stay at this hotel when needing overnight accommodations in Wichita. It is very easy to get to (just off Kellogg) and convenient to other locations that we are visiting. The breakfast is a nice option too!

Could smell strong cigarette smell in the hallways. Facility felt old and worn. Front desk workers weren’t warm or friendly. Lot of homeless and sketchy people around the area. But the room was pretty clean and the beds comfortable. Very close to the airport and nice to have a gas station next door.

The lady who checked us in was friendly enough. You can tell she had been there all day and was ready to go home. Everything was clean in the room. The toilet paper holder was broken, but that wasn't too big of a deal. The bed was WAY too firm. Breakfast was good. I absolutely hated the lids they had for the coffee cups as they would not stay on. Mine kept popping off every time I picked up the cup. My husband's popped off and he ended up burning his hand with hot coffee. The area around the hotel seems questionable. Check-out was quick and easy. Would I stay there again? Probably not.
